Now we are in week two I am pleased to say that the start to term has been a smooth one. It’s lovely to have so many of our teachers and staff back with us this year-and to see the many familiar faces of our families and children on the gate. It’s strange to think that this time last year I’d barely met you all! I’m so pleased and proud to work here, and this last week has reminded me why we do our job- to inspire happy children who enjoy learning.

We had some playground buddy training so we can help each other have happy playtimes! Here is Mrs Purnell explaining how it all works:
And finally, here are my amazing lunchtime VIPs. They have behaved so well all lunchtime in the first week that today they are with me and got a special treat and certificate -well done to them all!
Lots to celebrate!
Look forward to catching up with many of you at Parents’ evening this week!
